Vice Chairman of Vietnam Parliament Ruan Dehai： The Vietnamese National Association is willing to share educational reform experience with the Philippines

Ruan Dehai pointed out that 2025 is the 10th anniversary of the establishment of a strategic partnership in Vietnam, and in 2026, the two countries will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.In the past half a century, the cooperative relations between the two countries have continued to achieve results, and the political relations have become increasingly closely related.
